Round 1 depends on a lot of context of the audience involved. The ENTP can 'woo' people with their theatrics and logical consistency, but the INTJ might carry more weight with the practicality and obviousness to the points they make. Round 2 the ENTP for sure wins. They can make a trail that's very hard to follow, making decisions that are unpredictable, doing things sporadically and thinking out of the box. Round 3 the INTJ wins. The ENTP would have trouble narrowing down all of the possibilities of where the INTJ might be or what he might be doing, while in actuality he/she is running some kind of Gus Fring underground business that's fine-tuned and efficient enough to never make itself obvious. They know how and when to take precautions while the ENTP is going to be looking under every rock waiting for a lead that will probably never show up.

L feel the second round would decide the winner. ENTPs would probably win out in the first round, since their Fe and arguing abilities would probably make them more likable and even if the arguments were carrying simillar weight, ENTP would probably be more quick with rebuttals. I see both types winning this one honestly. The third round would probably go INTJs way, their crimes would probably follow a pattern that is meant to throw the investigators off, it would all be very clean. Now if ENTP managed to find a logical consistancy and it could be used as a lead and maybe make the battle go in ENTPs favor, because Ne!Ti can scan crimes really quickly and in depth. Now the second round is the interesting one, because being chaotic and unpredictable, without a method to their madness, is an ENTP trait that would help out in this battle a lot, and the investigators would have to grasp at straws.
